Let’s Talk: Tropes

Alright, so for the first post of Let’s Talk, I had no difficulty in choosing the topic. As you’ve already read it in the title, today we are going to be talking about tropes.

So what exactly are tropes? To explain it in very simple words, tropes are essentially commonly recurring themes, literary devices, motifs and/or symbols in creative work. Whenever I’m looking for new reads, I often select ones based on the tropes they have. This way, I don’t accidentally end up buying books I know I won’t like.

Let’s Talk: Discussion Posts Introduction

Hello everyone!

I hope you all are having a wonderful day/night where you are! Today’s post is going to be a simple and short one, since it’s just to introduce something I have planned.

So, I’ve seen a lot of book blogs have discussions posts where they talk about a variety of topics (both bookish and non-book related) and I wanted to do something like that for my blog too. But at the same time, I also wanted to give it a fun name, just to add a little bit of ✨spice✨. But my creative juices were not working at all when I was trying to chose the name, so I was stuck with this simple one.
